This site asks before it counts your visit, and collects nothing else on its own. Everything else it receives is what you choose to type into one of its forms, and this page says exactly what happens to all of it.

Who this is
This website belongs to Joumana Saad Media, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything on this page, write to info@joumanasaad.com.
Cookies, and the choice you are given
The site counts visits with Google Analytics, which sets cookies. It is the only thing here that does, and it is the only other company involved in your reading of the site.
Nothing is loaded until you say so. On your first visit you are asked. Until you answer, and for ever if you answer no, the Google script is never fetched, no cookie is set and nothing about your visit is sent anywhere. Saying no costs you nothing: every page works exactly the same.
If you say yes, Google Analytics records that a page was viewed, roughly where in the world from, what kind of device, and which site you arrived from. It is told not to use your address in full and not to pass anything to Google's advertising. It is counting readers, not identifying them, and nothing you type into a form is ever sent to it.
Your answer is kept in your own browser, not in a cookie and not on any server. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and you will be asked again.
What the forms ask for
There are three places to write from, and each asks for only what a reply needs.
The short form that appears on most pages asks for your name, a contact number, an email address and your message.
The longer form on the contact page asks for your name, an email address, your organisation, the service you have in mind, a deadline and a brief.
The small panel in the corner of the screen asks for your name, an email address and your message.
Every one of those fields is optional except a name and an email address, which are what make a reply possible at all.
Where it goes
When you send a form, your browser passes it to Web3Forms, a service that turns form submissions into email. Web3Forms sends it on as an email to info@joumanasaad.com, with your own address set as the reply address, and it does not go anywhere else. If that service cannot be reached, the message is sent by this site's own server instead, to the same address.
Your message is not written into any database on this site. The site is a set of fixed pages with no accounts, no logins and no stored records. Once the email arrives, the mailbox is the only place it exists.
That mailbox is a Microsoft 365 account. Web3Forms and Microsoft each handle your message in passing, in the same way any email passes through the companies that carry it.
What it is used for
Answering you. That is the whole of it.
Your details are not added to a mailing list, not used for marketing, not sold, and not passed to anyone else. You will not be contacted about anything other than the enquiry you sent.
How long it is kept
Your message stays in the mailbox for as long as it takes to answer you and to carry out any work that follows from it, and for a reasonable period after that as an ordinary business record.
If you would rather it were deleted sooner, write to info@joumanasaad.com and ask. There is no reason to refuse.
Stopping spam
Each form carries a hidden field that a person never sees and never fills in. Anything that fills it is treated as a machine and nothing is sent.
The site's own server also keeps one address from sending twice within twenty seconds. To do that it writes a one way fingerprint of the email address, from which the address itself cannot be read back, and that record is erased shortly afterwards.
Server logs
Like every website, this one runs on a hosting provider that keeps a log of requests to the server: an IP address, a time, and which page was asked for. Those logs exist so that faults and attacks can be investigated. They are not read for any other purpose, they are not connected to anything you send through a form, and they are discarded on the provider's own schedule.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to articles, publications and social profiles elsewhere. Once you follow one of those links you are on somebody else's site, under their privacy policy, not this one.
Google Analytics, if you have agreed to it, is covered by Google's own privacy policy as well as this one.
What you can ask for
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@joumanasaad.com and it will be dealt with.
This policy is governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from them.
If this changes
If what the site does changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no other version of it kept anywhere.
Questions about any of this go to info@joumanasaad.com.
